Ratings and JobScores
Ratings:
A Spoolsmith's (user taking a job) rating is based on the total number of threads taken and completed. It also takes into account employer ratings of these jobs.
Ratings will go up each time you hit milestones like 5 threads approved, 10 threads approved and 15 threads approved.
Abandoning threads or rejected threads will lower job ratings.
Users who never take threads will have a rating of 1 star.
JobScore:
JobScore points are given for every successfully completed thread and are taken away for every rejected or abandoned thread. In addition, each Job posting will give the user points for just posting the Job, and additional points will be rewarded for the number of threads in that job.
So a user who is both a Job Employer and a Spoolsmith can rack up points.
Future Jobspooler Ratings and Points Plans:
In the future, employers will be able to limit jobs to users with certain ratings or better, and JobScores will provide users with various perks and prizes.
Stay tuned.
