The following types of jobs are prohibited from using JobSpooler:

1. Jobs that involve illegal or hazardous activities.
2. Jobs that involve sexual services.
3. Jobs that involve obscene material or pornography.
4. Jobs that involve soliciting votes for political or popularity purposes.
5. Jobs that involve the lending or direct transfer of funds.
6. Jobs that involve the direct sale of a product or service (most advertising and marketing campaigns for a product are not prohibited).
7. Jobs that involve solicitation emails or telemarketing to lists of customers or prospects.
8. Jobs that include false or misleading information.
9. Jobs that request personal identification information from workers such as social security numbers, national identity numbers, full addresses or phone numbers.
10. Jobs that involve alcohol, tobacco, weapons or fireworks.
11. Jobs that involve drugs or controlled substances.
12. Jobs that involve the solicitation of blood, bodily fluids or body parts.
13. Jobs that involve animals and animal parts, including the retail sales of cats and dogs.
14. Jobs that involve the restricted or regulated plants and insects, such as noxious weeds, endangered plant species, or live insects or pests.
15. Jobs that involve pesticides or hazardous substances, or items containing hazardous substances such as contaminated toys, or art or craft material containing toxic substances without a warning label.
16. Jobs that involve illegal telecommunications equipment, such as access cards, password sniffers, access card programmers and unloopers, or cable descramblers
17. Jobs that involve stolen property or personal property with the serial number removed or altered.
18. Jobs that involve burglary tools, such as lock-picks or motor vehicle master keys
19. Jobs that involve false identification cards, items with police insignia, citizenship documents, or birth certificates.
20. Jobs that involve counterfeit currency, coins and stamps, as well as equipment designed to make them.
21. Jobs that involve counterfeit or knock-off brand name goods.
22. Jobs in which the mMaterial infringes copyright, such as warez, bootlegs and other illegal distribution of copyrighted material.
23. Jobs that involve “hacking” of software, networks, or websites for the purpose of unauthorized use.
24. Jobs that involve airline tickets that restrict transfer.
25. Jobs that involve gambling items, such as lottery tickets, sports trading card ‘grab bags,’ raffle tickets, sweepstakes entries or slot machines.
26. Jobs involving used or rebuilt batteries, or batteries containing mercury.
27. Jobs involving bulk email or mailing lists that contain names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifying information.
